All Agape adoptive families are required to complete one of the following Hague packages as well as 4 additional courses from the list below. The Hague Package for International Adoption is required for prospective parents who wish to adopt from any country other than China. The Hague (China) package is required for adoptions from China. The Domestic Adoption package is required for domestic adoptions. After you have selected the appropriate Hague training package, follow the instructions below to select an additional four courses from the "Child Specific Courses" list. *Hosting families please complete the Hosting package - you do not need to complete any additional courses.
The adoption education fee paid to Agape Adoptions allows you to take all required courses and have ongoing, unlimited access to all Creating A Family courses at no additional cost by applying the Agape agency coupon code: agp2019 at checkout. Please use this resource to take any additional courses that are relevant to you in your preparation and post adoption journey.

All prospective adoptive parents are required to complete four (4) additional courses specific to their child and family circumstances. Families may choose from the following 10 courses and are required to complete courses that apply to their specific situation. Families who have children already in the home must take Preparing Children Already in the Home for Adoption; families requesting to be approved for and out of order placement must take Disrupting Birth Order in Adoption and Foster Care; families requesting approval of a child over the age of 5 are required to take Adopting Older Kids- Things to Consider; and families adopting from Bulgaria or other Eastern European countries are required to take What is it Really Like to Raise a Child with FASD?
