This course covers the importance of connection to correct behaviors for kids impacted by trauma, including why punishment may not work, practical strategies for maintaining connection, and tips for guiding a child to improved behavior. The instructor for this course is Dr. Casey Call, Associate Director of Education at the Karyn Purvis Institute of Child Development at TCU and Associate Professor of Professional Practice in the TCU Department of Psychology.
